1. How can I check my order status?
You will receive an email upon receipt of payment, and then when your order has been processed, you will receive a second email confirming shipment; this second email will include your tracking number. We do not carry all styles produced by Burning Torch at Burning Torch Boutique; similarly, boutiques across the country that order Burning Torch do not order the entire line. 17. What is your return policy?
We at Burning Torch want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so you have 30 days to return the item for a full refund, minus shipping/handling charges. Money will be credited back to your credit card on which the purchase was originally made.

19. How long will my refund take?
You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is due to manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

If your purchase has been made and within 2 weeks you notice it has gone on sale at Burning Torch Boutique Online, please notify us and we will refund you the difference in price. We are not responsible for sale prices in boutiques that carry our line around the country.
